Cardiff & the Vale Coalition of Disabled people along with the Citizens Advice Bureau are offering free advice to carers with a disabled relative to ensure that they are getting all the assistance that they should receive.

The 15th Understanding Disability Awards were a huge success and well over 100 people attended to enjoy the celebration. The Understanding Disability Awards are handed out to individuals, groups or organisations that have made outstanding efforts to involve a person with a learning disability in everyday life.

Performances by No Fit State Circus, the creative Music making group and Local Motion dance group  followed the presentations and were enjoyed by all
