Daytime Activities
We need parents views on what they would like to see provided for in future 'Day Services'. Old buildings based centres are being replaced by a range of more flexible and responsive community based alternatives. What are your views on this and what needs to be built into any new approach to day service options?

Click on this discussion to see the Federations position statement on this topic.

'Moving On'
At some time most people choose to move away from the family home and direct parental support. We know that very often this isn't the case for many families with a relative with a learning disability. We are preparing a 'position statement' that will stress the issues and concerns that families have along with any suiggestions as to the sort of 'moving on' options that families would favour. Please post your ideas and views here.
